Kaizen

What is Kaizen?

Kaizen is a Japanese philosophy that in a couple of decades lifted the post-war economy of the country from ruins. The word «kaizen» translates to and essentially means continuous improvement — of oneself as a person and professional, of the workplace, and of the management of production tasks

How can Kaizen help my company?

Kaizen tools can help:

  • increase company profits through internal reserves
  • reduce the cost of products or services
  • increase labor productivity up to 90%
  • accelerate processes

  • prevent resistance and unite employees

What are the main principles of Kaizen?

Kaizen can be applied to any activity, the main thing is to implement it competently and step-by-step.
