CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Organization - Limited Liability Partnership "Productivity and Quality Center";
The subject, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection", gives his unconditional consent to the Organization for the collection and processing of the Subject's personal data, both on paper and in electronic format, in arrays and/or databases of the Organization. The subject confirms that the collection, processing, and use of the subject's personal data (including collection, processing, and storage on paper media and/or in electronic format in arrays and/or databases of the Organization) is carried out by the Organization for purposes established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including for the following purposes: - for the provision of payment and/or other services by the Organization, provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which will be provided to the Subject;
- for marketing purposes, providing (sending) any informational materials to the Subject, including information about products and/or services of the Organization and its Partners (if there is a concluded agreement with the Organization and Partner), as well as other notifications via telephone, other types of communication, as well as open communication channels (including SMS, email, social networks, etc.);
- for other purposes that are established (may be established) by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The subject also provides his unconditional consent to third parties, partners of the Organization (if there is a concluded non-disclosure agreement with the Organization, including collected and transmitted personal data) for the collection and processing of the Subject's personal data.
The text of this consent is read by the Subject personally, has no additions and objections.
By transferring personal and other data to the Organization via the Website, the User confirms his consent to the use of such data under the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
If the User does not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, he is obliged to stop using the Website.
