Use three basic management skills. Train your team effectively. Build productive working relationships. Engage employees in activities to improve production processes. Prevent and resolve personal and workplace issues of employees.

Individual support in Kaizen implementation over the course of a month

10:00 AM - 5:30 PM 2 days of training at the KAIZENCENTER production base, 4 weeks of online meetings and individual trips to your business
Training Methods:
2 days of productive training, 4 weeks of support for implementing Kaizen tools into your business

Effective production briefing

Practical guide for conducting training to introduce a new employee to the position, for a job transfer, or for acquiring a new skill by an experienced worker.

Practical guide for producing large volumes of quality products in less time through people, equipment, and materials.
