Result: You will have a clear method for deploying strategy, which you will learn to write using 6 key steps + a transparent team management process.
• Module 2: Mapping - Process Visualization.
Result: Through practical examples, learn to identify losses and bottlenecks where 50% of profits are lost, generate ideas for process improvement, determine worker workload and process efficiency.
• Module 3: Problem Solving - Creating Quality Circles
Result: Reduce costs, shorten operation times, eliminate causes of poor quality work, learn to prevent breakdowns and reduce equipment downtime.
• Module 4: TWI - Training and Rotation
Result: Increase production volumes, reduce the time to onboard new employees, and enhance labor productivity through three methods of the American program improved by the Japanese.

On Monday. Video access to a new module on the platform opens, practical tasks, checklists, standards, algorithms with examples.

Consultations - 15 individual consultations: 14 with a tracker-mentor, 1 with a trainer for diploma defense.
