Business game "Kamaz Production" (3 rounds) on 5S steps.

Development of standards, 5S methodology.

Business game "Workplace Organization by 5S in Kaizen center".

Practice: Drafting a production work plan.

Defense of previous module's homework on Skill Management.

2 day 10:00-17:00

Practice at a functioning enterprise.

5S Audit, implementation of 1-4S in real business, development of improvements and work plan.

Discussion of 5S work plan from Gemba in Kaizen center office, refining implementation steps.

4 weeks post-training

Implementation of methodologies in your company, completion of homework.
