Process Management

Identify the area in business where profit is lost by at least 50% through practical exercises and site visits

Process mapping will yield the following results: ✓ Identify losses ✓ Pinpoint bottlenecks, defects, errors, rework, and issues ✓ Generate ideas to improve processes ✓ Assess employee workload ✓ Determine the effectiveness of business processes (coefficient of effective actions)

Format of the event:

Practical sessions:
Instructor visit for a practical session at the location of your business
Consolidation of materials:
Individual support in Kaizen implementation throughout the month
Course volume:
2 days of productive training, 4 weeks of support for implementing Kaizen tools in your business
Duration:
10:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 2 days of training at the production base of KAIZENCENTER, 4 weeks of online meetings and individual visits to your business

Introduction to Training: 

Kaizen Tools House. 

Process Visualization.

Business Game "Fan Assembly"

Value Stream Mapping (VSM), timekeeping, spaghetti diagram, combination sheet, technological operations diagram, and personnel loading diagram.

Mini-lecture. "Eagle View" - VSM. Stages of VSM, VSM of current and future state, planning improvement activities.

Exercise "Building the Current State VSM" using the game.

Mini-lecture. "Ant View".

Exercise: Building a "Spaghetti" Diagram using the game.

Exercise: Conducting Timekeeping using the game.

Exercise: Filling in the operation diagram for the process

Exercise: Filling in the personnel loading diagram.

Practical Work at an Existing Enterprise and Building the Current State VSM

Homework

Implementing techniques in your company, completing the homework.
