What is TPM? Equipment and technique improvement. Plan - improvement.

Equipment performance evaluation - OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

Exercise: Task for calculating equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency)

OEE visualization. Indicators MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures),

MTTF (Mean Time To Failure), MTTA (Mean Time To Acknowledge).

Exercise: Task for calculating OEE of the area

FMEA - Failure Modes and Effects Analysis

Exercise: FMEA analysis of the coffee and/or omelet preparation process

Inspection, downtime history, daily control, scheduled maintenance

Business game "Crane Operator"

Site visit: Timing of the changeover process for subsequent analysis.

Exercise: Timing of changeover operations with filling out the Time Study Worksheet,

creating an A3 report to reduce changeover time.
